Boat Racing fans needed as witnesses to testify that they saw this hydroplane
years later after
this photograph was taken in 1968 in the pits at
Tonawanda, New York. This Wanted was built in 1958 by the notorious Will Farmer
and was campaigning as Tempest II, E-425 when above photo was taken.
Andy Miller (getaway driver & owner) is also charged with driving fast and loose.
